He has shown you, O mortal, what is good.
And what does the LORD require of you?
To act justly and to love mercy
and to walk humbly with your God. – Micah 6:8

I love to gather with the people in my writers group. It’s a wonderful opportunity to network with people who speak the same language in writing and understand my struggles and triumphs as a writer. Although we are at different levels and experiences as writers individually, together we build one another up to achieve goals as Christian writers. God is glorified in the process.

Being a Christian is somewhat the same as we gather as believers to worship, fellowship and more and in a way network with one another with understanding of challenges and victories. Our experiences are different individually, but when we gather, we can hold each other up, and help one another to be more like Jesus. Together we encourage each other to grow and persevere. It is through this journey together that God is glorified.

Prayer: Thank you, Lord, for surrounding me with people who have a heart for you that help me grow in my faith. I pray that I may encourage others in their walk with you by being just, loving your mercy, and walking humbly with you. Amen

Faith Tip: If you are in a Christian group, consider how they encourage you and make you stronger in your faith. What can you do to encourage them? If you’re not in a Christian group, I encourage you to start looking for one or perhaps starting to form one.
